ARCOS Workbench is used to assign emergency and planned field work to first responders in utilities and municipalities. The system provides job details, all associated maps and records as well as utility infrastructure securely to the field user’s Android or IOS devices. It allows the users to respond to work requests, restore issues with infrastructure, and report back to their head office.
